Every piece we send into the world is protected. At FramePrix, every order is automatically insured against loss, theft, or damage—whether from production flaws or the rough journey of shipping. If anything happens, we make it right. Your frame should arrive exactly as intended: beautiful, safe, and ready to become part of your space.

We accept replacements for the following reasons:

  • Your product arrived visibly damaged.

  • The product that arrived was not the correct product or size that you initially ordered. (Please provide your order # and a picture of the product you received.)

  • The product that arrived was misprinted, misaligned, noticeably faded, blurry, or has any other visible defect.

    • Free return shipping for eligible items.

    • No restocking fee on returns.

    • No final sale items — every item can be returned if it meets the policy conditions.

Our replacement policy lasts 48 hours. If more than 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.

Full refunds are are not available for any of the orders.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to a change of heart after that period, as each product is custom-made for every order and we do not hold much inventory.

We do offer free reprints and exchanges for a different piece if there is even the slightest sign of damage or imperfection to the matting, frame, or print itself. We assure you that the products displayed on our website are accurate depictions of the physical product that arrives at your doorstep. If you love it in the store, you're going to love it even more at home.

Shipping

Every order ships within 2-3 business days of placing your order.
Shipping times vary depending on shipping address, location, holidays, and seasonality.

Most orders arrive at your doorstep within 10-12 business days of after processing  your order.
