Thank you for shopping with FramePrix. We aim to deliver your handcrafted 3D diecast frames safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver all orders placed on our website.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days.
If we anticipate any significant delay, you will be contacted via email.
2. Shipping Destinations
FramePrix delivers almost all over India.
Important:
We do not ship to regions where carriers cannot guarantee safe delivery due to:

War or political conflict

Severe customs restrictions

Remote or inaccessible locations

States with suspended mail services
If your location is unavailable at checkout, email us at support@frameprix.com so we can manually verify eligibility.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer free shipping on all orders, and your art will arrive ready to hang, complete with pre-installed hardware for easy installation within 5-8 business days.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

Order number

Photos of packaging and product damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost Parcels
A shipment is considered “lost” if:

Tracking does not update for 10+ days, or

Courier confirms it is lost
We will issue a replacement at no extra cost.
Delayed Parcels
Delays caused by the courier, customs, or remote-area delivery do not qualify for refunds.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
FramePrix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you realise there is an error, contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we can update the address.
7. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Products
Some frames or special editions may be marked as pre-order.

Estimated dispatch times will be mentioned on the product page.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship together unless you choose split shipping.
